We ordered flowers for a funeral. They were misdelivered, so we never got them. The owner initially said he "would make it right". There are no do-overs for a funeral, so we returned to see if he would provide a weekly, or bi-weekly, or monthly bouquet for the same value. He became extremely angry and said to take him to court if we expected anything from him. My expectation: good service, following through with making it right, decent customer relations when you make a mistake -- a big one, in this case. Carson City Florist is a big fail and disappointment.

Carson City Florist is the best. The bouquets I always receive are so beautiful. My son and daughter-in-law always order from them. Today, Tom who delivered my bouquet to my porch let me know via a voicemail. Thank you Tom.

My husband bought my flowers from you on Wednesday for our 20th wedding anniversary, and today Friday one lily was dead, and the roses are starting to droop and hang sadly looking, their was another flower type that was dead totally after 1 day. The flowers should last longer then a day or two. It was a beautiful arrangement when my husband brought them to me at work on Wednesday afternoon. ( 2 stars) Update: Add new pics...The flowers did not even make it 1 week since I got them and other then a few flowers (mostly filler flowers) they are all dead. Very upset...I gotten flowers from the grocery outlet & Walmart that has lasted longer. (1 star) Update 4/15/26...Spoke with the owner today and he offer to make a new bouquet of flowers and deliver the flowers to me. He apologized for the flowers not lasting longer then they did. He is going to bring the new bouquet on Monday to me here at my work. Will update again when the flowers come on Monday. I ordered a pastel pink arrangement, and received neon pink arrangement. What I ordered had way more roses and more flowers than filler. Owner was defensive so left no room for a discussion, just walked away disappointed. For $150 I expected better. Sorry I added tip of ten dollars for something I picked up, for a total with tax of $171.

My first time ordering flowers from Carson City Florist, and I’m extremely happy. I live out of state and needed a same-day delivery of flowers for my mom’s birthday. The owner was friendly and very helpful when I called the shop. The bouquet was well-priced and so stunning! I will definitely be using them for any future floral purchases.
